Job Summary
Working across the Loughborough and Brooksby sites, the Rugby Programmes Manager will be responsible for the leadership of the College's rugby programmes, including men’s and women’s teams at various levels.
Responsibilities
* Work with partners and clubs to design, develop and deliver rugby programmes, ensuring a high‑quality dual‑career experience both on and off the field.
* Lead recruitment strategies, player pathways and progression routes.
* Develop and maintain an effective quality assurance programme.
* Collaborate with cross‑college departments such as curriculum teams, accommodation services and student welfare services.
* Maintain relationships with clubs and external partners to enhance programme quality.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Significant rugby coaching/leadership experience.
* Experience working within dual‑career/talent pathways.
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a large cross‑curricular team and meet deadlines.
* Valid driver’s licence; access to a vehicle is desirable because the role involves off‑site work.
* Applicants must have the right to work in the country without sponsorship.
* All applicants will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.

Loughborough College Elite Sport is a highly successful department with over 2,000 learners, offering a wide range of provisions up to L3 qualifications and working nationally on funded programmes including study programmes, apprenticeships, international, adult programmes and the Diploma in Sporting Excellence.
