Role Summary:Join a respected residential property team as a Legal Administrator, supporting the new build department. You'll assist fee earners with a varied caseload of sales, purchases, easements and leases, and play a key role in ensuring smooth case progression and high client service standards. Key Responsibilities:• Assist clients and fee earners throughout new build property transactions: Enhance your client-facing and case-handling exposure• Open and maintain client files, manage regulatory compliance steps: Build skills in legal admin and compliance standards• Provide support on document production, telephone queries and post-completion tasks: Play a key role in smooth file progression• Liaise with clients, solicitors and third parties as needed: Strengthen communication and stakeholder management skills• Support the Head of Department with AML, CQS and team admin as required: Gain insight into operational management within a legal team
Requirements:• Previous legal administration experience (property or new build preferred)• Excellent organisational and communication skills• Confidence using Microsoft Office and legal case management systems• A proactive and adaptable approach to team support
