* Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday
* Salary: £50,614 - £63,268 per annum plus a Car Allowance of £2,329 (salary offered dependent on experience)
* Contract: Full-time, permanent
* Location: Dartford, Mariner House / Agile working

Responsibilities
You’ll be assisting in the effective delivery of building safety improvement works, including fire remediation projects and planned building safety works/programmes.
Qualifications
* Sound knowledge of building construction technology
* Contract administration
* Managing and delivering budgets
* Statutory authorities and legal requirements
Additional details
We support agile working, so you’ll be provided with IT equipment to work flexibly between your home and the Mariner House, Dartford office.
