Overview
Omega PLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Coordinator to manage live developer sites in accordance with strict site and Omega PLC service level agreements. If you thrive under pressure, enjoy problem-solving, and have a solid understanding of kitchen installations and design, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately process call off information ready for order within service level agreements
* Liaise with installers, developers, and internal teams to achieve contractual deadlines within budget
* In collaboration with Contract Managers, assist in resolving any site issues efficiently
* Maintain internal documentation, systems and procedures, ensuring compliance from enquiry to completion and complete any small live site amendments where necessary
What You Will Need
* Solid understanding of kitchen components and installations
* Skilled in reading and working from scaled plans
* Strong communication and organisational abilities
* Confident working independently under pressure
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; CAD and SAP knowledge a bonus
