Job Summary
We are seeking a part time proactive Office Administrative assistant to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Bookkeeping and administrative support, to the business and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a tidy and efficient workspace.
* Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
* Assist with financial tasks using Xero, including invoicing and expense tracking.
* Prepare documents and reports using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring easy access to information.
* Support other administrative staff as needed to enhance overall productivity.
Skills
* Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative processes.
* Proficient in computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
* Experience with Xero software
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong clerical experience with attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 30 per week
