This European research project, involving 17 partners, focuses on the development of innovative biomaterials for medical applications. We are looking for a proactive Administrative Officer to provide support with legal, financial, communication, and reporting tasks to ensure successful project execution. Key Responsibilities - Manage legal and contractual aspects, including updating agreements and integrating new partners. - Oversee budget monitoring, ensuring adherence to the project’s financial plan and assisting partners with financial queries. - Coordinate internal communication, maintain contact lists, and organize project meetings and travel. - Ensure timely and accurate reporting, consolidating partner input and ensuring compliance with funder requirements. - Provide general administrative support to the project team. Unfortunately, this role is not eligible for sponsorship under the skilled worker route, you will therefore have to demonstrate your own right to work in the UK.
