Every message we share, whether on our website, social media, or in clinic, plays a role in helping patients feel informed, supported, and confident during an important and often emotional time. We are proud of our science led approach, our collaborative culture, and our commitment to clear, honest communication.

The Role:

This is a hands‑on content and communications role for a thoughtful and creative writer who understands how words shape trust.

Working closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and wider marketing team, you’ll help plan, create, and deliver content that supports patients, strengthens our brand, and ensures consistency across digital and print channels.

This role blends structured content creation with empathetic storytelling and clear, accurate communication.

Position is a full time Hybrid role working 37.5 hours per week.

A minimum of 1 day will be onsite at TFP Oxford Fertility.

Opportunity is available as a 12 month fixed term contract.

The Location:

Oxford Fertility was established in 1992 and is one of the UK’s longest standing and largest IVF clinics. Due to the passion, expertise and reputation of our team, the clinic has grown into a leading fertility clinic and offers a full suite of treatment and diagnostic services, including PGT and IVM. Conveniently located in a business park setting on the outskirts of Oxford, close to junction 8a of the M40, there is ample free parking for staff and patients around the building.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and manage content across channels, contributing to an SEO‑informed content calendar that supports patient journeys and improves discoverability
* Write clear, engaging copy for the website, social media, paid ads, printed materials, and internal communications
* Capture and develop meaningful patient stories, working sensitively with clinic teams and patients
* Build and update web pages in our CMS with attention to structure, accessibility, tone, and SEO best practice
* Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with our warm, expert brand voice
* Support PR activity by reviewing press releases, coordinating content, and sharing coverage internally
* Prepare thoughtful written responses to patient reviews and support clinics with follow‑up communications
* Respond to local clinic marketing needs, including posters, leaflets, event materials, and business cards
* Monitor competitor and industry activity to inform content ideas and improvements
* Maintain content quality, version control, and naming conventions across assets

Qualifications and Experience:

We’re looking for someone confident delivering end‑to‑end content creation, with strong writing skills and an eye for presentation.

Must-haves:

* Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
* Strong understanding of SEO and how content supports visibility and trust
* Experience writing for multiple channels, including web and social
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Confidence working collaboratively with marketing, clinical, and PR teams

Bonus:

* Experience working in healthcare or patient-facing sectors
* Familiarity with web CMS platforms
* A good visual eye and understanding of brand consistency

The Type of Person We’re Looking For

We want someone who is:

* Empathetic and thoughtful, with a strong sense of responsibility around sensitive topics
* Clear and structured in your writing, without losing warmth
* Organised and proactive, able to manage your own workload
* Curious and adaptable, always looking to improve content quality
* Collaborative, but comfortable taking ownership of your work
