About the Role: We are seeking a confident, commercially minded and experienced care leader to: Support the commissioning and successful opening of the new service Lead on recruitment, onboarding and development of a full multidisciplinary care team Engage with the local community and stakeholders to build trust and generate interest Drive occupancy through relationship-building and targeted self-funder marketing Ensure full CQC compliance, high-quality care standards, and a strong, values-driven team culture Requirements: Current Registered Manager status with a good track record with the CQC Previous experience opening or turning around elderly care services is highly desirable NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards) Strong understanding of the self-pay market and service promotion Passionate about personalised care, leadership, and community engagement Ability to start September 2025 Why Join?
