About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task with the work set.
Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school’s behaviour policy.
Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials (no planning required).
Support students with their learning where needed.
Provide feedback to the school on the class performance.
Maintain a calm, positive, and professional learning environment.
This role is ideal for aspiring teachers, recent graduates, teaching assistants looking to progress, or individuals with experience working with young people.
Minimum Requirements

Experience working with children or young people (schools, sports coaching, tutoring, youth work, etc.).
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
A positive and resilient attitude, with the ability to engage learners of different ages and abilities.
A clear Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
