Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Relationship Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in our Manchester office.
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
* Managing a UK wide residential property portfolio
* Organising & recommending maintenance works
* Ensuring the portfolio remains compliant to include gas, electrical and fire safety
* Making regular 'check in' calls with landlords
* Delivering exceptional customer service to our customers & landlords
* Renewing & negotiating tenancy agreements
* Arrangement of inspections, inventories & check outs of our customers
* Working with external suppliers to fulfil your role
