Overview
Marketing Communications Partner based in Burgess Hill, hybrid with a minimum of 2 days in the office.
Responsibilities
* Marketing: manage the product throughout its lifecycle including market feedback on concepts/designs, forecasting requirements, setting market pricing, creating promotional material, sales training and product end-of-life; deliver the business plan through generating demand and leads via promotional activities; execute activities with a customer-centric approach.
* Decision making: gather information necessary to make decisions; think through problems clearly and logically.
Qualifications
* Relatable previous experience and ability to demonstrate transferable skills to the role
* Knowledge and understanding of the diagnostics and/or healthcare market
* Commercial/business know-how in a B2B and B2C business environment
* Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Excellent problem solving and communication skills
* Ability to work in a highly complex, cross-functional environment and stay focused on critical goals and outcomes
* Marketing or business qualification or equivalent
* Knowledge/experience of specialism
* Project management
