We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our team. This role is designed for individuals looking to develop their leadership skills and gain comprehensive knowledge of our operations. As a Management Trainee, you will be immersed in various departments, allowing you to understand the intricacies of our business while contributing to our success.
Swift Drinks is a family company which has been running for 25 years in the Reigate-Redhill area and deliver mostly in the South East. We pride ourselves on giving good customer service and good prices delivering drinks to bars, restaurants, sports and social clubs on a same day service for many. We have staff that have worked for the company for many years and are looking for a management trainee to be an integral and all round part of the team with long term goals to grow in the company.
The post available is a full time, permanent position in a business that runs seven days a week.
Duties
* Assist in daily operations across different departments to gain an understanding of the business, including logistics, stock, suppliers and customers.
* Collaborate with management to implement strategies that enhance productivity and efficiency.
* Conduct data entry tasks using sage accounts 50, Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating effective phone etiquette and communication skills.
* Support administrative functions, ensuring that all documentation is organised and accessible.
* Assist with maintenance tasks as required, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
Skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with team members, customers and suppliers.
* You must have a driving licence and a forklift licence would also be an advantage, training given if not.
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and Sage accounts 50 experience would be an advantage but training given if not.
* A keen attention to detail is essential together with focus on deadlines.
* A proactive attitude towards learning and development within a managerial context in a small business.
* We are looking for a trustworthy, positive and energetic person to work as part of a team.

Pay: £25,400.00-£39,823.90 per year
