Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing quality, person-centred care and support to the residents of the care home. You will supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants and work alongside the Deputy General Manager. The role involves supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews.

Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
* Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
