About the Role
1. You’ll effectively run your own desk with the support of first-class training, personal coaching, marketing resources, and a suite of digital tools.
2. You’ll work with a wide range of candidates and clients, providing expert advice and matching the best talent to the best opportunities.
3. You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle—from building client relationships and gathering requirements to candidate sourcing, vacancy management, and salary negotiation.
About You
4. Experience in transactional finance recruitment is a bonus, but not essential—we welcome applications from consultants looking to move markets.
5. You’ll share our values-based approach, have a strong work ethic, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
6. A keen business interest and the desire to learn from the best are essential.
