Job Description

* Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensure resolution.
* Maintain customer satisfaction by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
* Perform quality assurance checks to ensure products meet company standards.
* Manage and process customer orders in a timely and professional manner.
* Contribute to team efforts in achieving customer service targets.
* Document customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
* Continually improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
* Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality & Customer Care Executive should have:

* A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
* A knack for building relationships with customers.
* Experience in quality assurance and customer service roles.
* Good working knowledge of CRM systems and practices.
