DESCRIPTION OF THE POST :
To Lead, develop and manage the effective delivery of an outstanding Business & Economics Curriculum, enabling the highest level of student progress and attainment.
The Head of Department will promote outstanding teaching and learning and a strong school culture within a nurturing and rigorous environment. They will have experience in and a good understanding of both GCSE and BTEC, particularly the KS5 Pearson extended diploma in business courses.
