We are working on this fantastic opportunity with our award-winning client who operate this stunning country Inn with rooms in this lovely village near Bakewell in Derbyshire
The Chef de partie position offers aspiring chefs the opportunity to work within one of regions finest kitchens, utilising the finest products from Derbyshire & beyond to create a menu that is both classically gastro but also offers some modern twists and techniques
The ideal Chef de Partie will have the following attributes:
- Have experience working with fresh food, be it in Restaurant, Hotel or Gastro pub
- Ideally worked in a fresh food led kitchen, although a desire to learn is just as important here
- Be able to demonstrate at least 1 year in a similar position, no jumpy chefs here
-Own transport would be ideal due to location
- Have the desire & attitude to learn every day, soak up the style of service, and high standards of the kitchens, & bring a sound work ethic to the team, hard work, passion & desire are the attributes my client is looking for
