Job Title: HVAC Commissioning Engineer
Location: Oldham, Greater Manchester

A leading name within the building services / compliance industry is recruiting for a HVAC Commissioning Engineer. They are recruiting for a technically-minded individual, who is able to demonstrate strong technical knowledge and ability. We are seeking someone with a hardworking attitude who is flexible to travel in line with company needs, working across a mixed portfolio of client premises. Experience / Qualifications:
– Hands-on experience working as a HVAC Commissioning Engineer
– Ideally will be qualified with CSA grades
– Fully conversant in CIBSE and BSRIA guidelines
– Adaptable to company travel requirements
– Good literacy and numeracy skills
– Confident using IT software
The Role:
– Commissioning of HVAC, water and air systems within a variety of commercial, industrial and public sector environments
– Balancing of LTHW, CHW and process water systems
– Auditing and inspections of AHUs
– Identifying system faults and making appropriate recommendations for works
– Producing regular service reports
– Adhering to safety guidelines and standards
– Acting as a key point of contact for clients, to provide updates on works and technical advice
– Representing the company in a professional manner
