Position: Team Lead
Location: Mumbai
Essential Functions
1. Account Identification & Acquisition: Market mapping and identification of potential retail stores for time-bound acquisition, induction, and onboarding of new accounts (I.H.S stores) in the assigned territory.
2. Account Management: Managing and driving the growth of channel partners/stores’ business with Amazon. Build and execute strategic account plans to capitalize on key business opportunities.
3. Field Visits: Regular visits to targeted stores on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
4. Training: Deliver training and coaching on Amazon processes, products, operating models, and SOPs.
5. Network Enablement: Work on the ground to enable network expansion with new product launches and collaboration with operations and other teams.
6. Reporting: Maintain and publish routine reports on store performance and business metrics. Provide recommendations and action plans based on data analysis. Report on overall network health in the territory.
7. Team Management: Build and manage a multi-layered team, monitor performance through coaching and mentoring, and drive team targets.
8. Relationship Management: Set clear expectations, communicate status updates, and manage relationships with stores for mutual growth.
9. Operational Improvement: Collaborate with stores/channel partners to enhance operational efficiency and delivery experience.
10. Engagement & Retention: Enhance engagement with accounts to improve business and increase retention.
11. Performance Metrics: Drive stores to meet goals related to volume, FTR, and other key metrics.
12. Operational Escalations: Handle day-to-day operational issues and be available for round-the-clock management.
13. Stakeholder Management: Manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
14. Support: Assist station operations and customer deliveries as needed.

* 1+ years experience in performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques
