About the Role:
Your day-to-day role will see you take responsibility for the customers experience post sale, until the Spa or Sauna is in position. This involves providing great communication and clarity to both our Sales Team and the Customer throughout the delivery process to provide a high level of service.
Role Responsibilities
* Maintain good working relationships with freight providers and internal stakeholders.
* Managing a variety of deliveries and scheduling follow ups accordingly
* Discussing delivery access and working through potential obstructions to ensure safe delivery.
* Resolving problem deliveries, and working through them with Customers
Hours: Monday to Friday - 10.30 - 7pm (Full time 40 hours)
