Job Description
My client a leading global law firm are looking to hire a Learning and Development Coordinator on a 12-month fixed term contract based in their Birmingham office.
Your duties will include:
* Acting as a project coordinator for virtual and in-person training
* Creating and sending out training invitations
* Tracking attendance and reporting on discrepancies
* Overseeing the implementation of learning paths for cohorts
* Assisting with pre-programme logistics eg: creating excel documents, scheduling planning meetings and creating zoom meetings
* Supporting with the creation and production of digital and printed training program materials
* Supporting with the delivery of firm-wide live and remote learning programmes
* Coordination of post-programme follow ups such as scheduling debriefs and summarizing programme evaluations
* Managing the budgets and tracking expenditure
To carry out this role you must have:
* A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with professional development
* Proven competency in software applications and technology skills, including MS Office
* Experience working with a learning management system preferred
* Excellent attention to detail
