An opportunity has arisen to join the well-established and supportive Safeguarding Team.
You will join a team of nurses from different branches and specialisms to complement our corporate safeguarding advice and support offer to staff in the Trust.

Our team works hard to promote safeguarding within the organization, working with partners across Bradford, Airedale, and Craven to develop and improve quality and to develop effective, robust systems and processes.
The role of Safeguarding Practitioner requires a highly motivated, dynamic, and passionate individual with proven and extensive experience working within the safeguarding children’s agenda.

* Facilitating safeguarding adults and children training
* Facilitating safeguarding adult and child supervision
* Supporting staff via the safeguarding team advice and support service on matters relating to safeguarding adult and child concerns
* Supporting staff with child protection legal statements
* Fully engaging in multi-agency working
* Being a specialist in supporting the identification of safeguarding risks to children and adults, advising on such, and escalating when necessary
