What You’ll Do
1. Lead the creative development of integrated campaigns across digital, social, retail, and experiential channels.
2. Partner with product, brand, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact storytelling.
3. Translate technical innovation into emotionally engaging visual narratives.
4. Oversee art direction for shoots — photography, video, and content creation.
5. Mentor junior creatives and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
6. Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers.
7. Stay ahead of trends in design, culture, and outdoor performance.
What You Bring
8. 5+ years in a Marketing creative or Design role, ideally in outdoor, sportswear, lifestyle, or performance brands.
9. A standout portfolio showcasing visual design, campaign development, and art direction.
10. Expertise in branding, typography, motion, and digital-first design.
11. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools.
12. Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
13. A genuine passion for the outdoors and performance-driven design.
