This role involves providing face-to-face short-term counseling services, managing referrals, and collaborating with our Case Management team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage referrals promptly and efficiently
* Provide short-term counseling sessions tailored to clients' needs
* Offer timely feedback and case notes to ensure continuity of care
* Report risk events to the Case Management Team in a timely manner
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent qualification, plus relevant post-qualification experience
* Avoidance of traditional long-term therapeutic approaches in favor of shorter interventions within an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) context
* Possession of a dedicated consulting room suitable for client meetings with appropriate privacy and waiting area
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, email, and online systems for efficient communication and data management
* Understanding of organizational dynamics, workplace issues, and their impact on employee well-being
* Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in the Case Management team to deliver high-quality support services
