Overview
Service Manager / Service Operations Manager / Engineering Manager is required to join a world-leading HVAC Solutions provider. This Service Manager / Service Operations Manager / Engineering Manager will lead and manage a team of service engineers and admin staff, coordinate schedules, planned maintenance, emergency call-outs, along with ensuring EHS protocols are met within HVAC service space, either smoke ventilation, M&E Building Services or facilities management.

Role
* Service Manager / Service Operations Manager / Engineering Manager Role
* Responsible for leading and managing a team of service engineers and admin staff
* Coordinate schedules, planned maintenance, emergency call-outs, along with ensuring EHS protocols are met within HVAC service space, either smoke ventilation, M&E Building Services or facilities management.
* Manage internal workflows, documentation and reporting systems
* Conduct team meetings, performance reviews and training initiatives
* Able to commute to the office in Cardiff
Requirements
* Service Manager / Service Operations Manager / Engineering Manager Requirements
* Experience as a Service Manager, Service Operations Manager, Field Service Manager, Engineering Manager, Service Leader, Service Support Manager, Service Centre Manager, Operations Support Manager, Technical Service Manager or similar within smoke ventilation, M&E Building Services or facilities management sectors.
* Experience managing Field Service Engineers and / or managing operations within engineering
* Experience in service management within engineering and a deep understanding of engineering principles and service operations to lead the service department
* Familiarity with M&E Building Services, facilities management or smoke ventilation sectors
* Able to commute to the office in Cardiff
