Sharmans Cross Junior School are looking to appoint a School Business Manager to their new leadership team. This is an exciting time of development at Sharmans Cross School and the School Business Manager will be a key role in shaping the future of our wonderful school. SALARY: Band E, £38,220 to £44,075 pro rata HOURS: 32.5 hours per week, 40 weeks per term (term time, Inset days plus one week) We are looking for an enthusiastic, forward-thinking, well-motivated School Business Manager to join our supportive team. As School Business Manager, you will be expected to provide a confidential and efficient, high quality support service in the areas of finance, premises management, HR and administration to facilitate the smooth running of the school, including providing daily support to the Head Teacher and line management support to financial administration staff, the schools admin team, the Site Manager and Kids’ Club Manager. You will also be part of Senior Leadership meetings when necessary. You will be an excellent communicator, forward-thinker and creative leader who is able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills.
