We're seeking a proactive HR Coordinator to join our UK-based HR Shared Services team, supporting operational HR activities and ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle.
This role is ideal for individuals with HR administration or coordination experience aiming to grow their career in a dynamic and purpose-driven environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting hiring, onboarding, and employee lifecycle administration
* Managing time and attendance, absence tracking, and contract changes
* Handling HR queries via Outlook, Workday, and case management tools
* Liaising with internal teams and external providers (e.g., background checks, benefits)
* Ensuring HR data accuracy and compliance with GDPR and Right to Work regulations
* Maintaining employee records and documentation
* Supporting HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow), data validation, and reporting
* Educating employees and managers on self-service tools and policies
* Participating in process improvements and compliance audits
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in HR coordination, administration, or shared services
* Understanding of basic HR processes, employment contracts, and Right to Work
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Effective communicator, able to build relationships across teams
* Proficiency with systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, Excel, Outlook
* CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) or equivalent experience is desirable
