SEN Teaching Assistant – Bamber Bridge Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with complex needs? A supportive and inclusive school in Bamber Bridge is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a rewarding role where you will support children with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) and severe Special Educational Needs (SEN) throughout their school day. Key Responsibilities: Support pupils with PMLD and severe SEN in their everyday school activities and lessons. Provide personal care to pupils as required. Work closely with the class teacher and other staff to deliver a positive and inclusive learning environment. Adapt to work across all year groups, from Early Years through to Key Stage 4. Promote the physical, emotional, and social development of pupils. Ideal Candidate: Experience in childcare, support work, or a similar setting is desirable. Comfortable working with children with a range of complex needs. Patient, empathetic, and resilient in challenging situations. Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
