We seek a qualified Finance Manager (CIMA, ACCA, or AAT) to join our global Travel client. In this role, you will oversee the production of our management accounts, including supporting activities and schedules. Responsibilities include managing VAT returns, preparing additional reports and schedules for quarterly reporting, and facilitating our year-end audit. This position offers a hybrid work model, with the opportunity to work three days per week in their offices and two days remotely. Finance Manager Key Responsibilities: Leading the management accounts team in preparing monthly P&L and balance sheet reports Conducting thorough balance sheet reconciliations and following up on necessary actions Analysing monthly costs and investigating variances in budget/forecast Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and monthly/quarterly forecasts Supporting the production of schedules for statutory yearly accounts and tax returns Providing ad hoc analysis as required Supporting the development needs of three direct reports Promoting a culture of continuous improvement Finance Manager Qualifications and Skills Required: Previous experience in a dynamic Finance department, preferably within a diverse team Demonstrated management experience Proven track record of producing accurate management accounts Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and meet strict deadlines Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders Intermediate to advanced Excel skills Capability to work both independently and collaboratively Experience with Sage software Desirable: Experience in a high-volume business environment Ability to influence and support colleague development Background in the travel industry Familiarity with Sage X3 Experience working with external auditors In return, our client offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.
