Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as a trusted adviser to partners and senior stakeholders, driving HR initiatives aligned with the firms growth strategy.
2. Lead recruitment campaigns, including coaching hiring managers on best practices.
3. Provide guidance on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management cases.
4. Assist departments with performance development and embedding a high-performance culture.
