A luxury beauty brand is looking for an inspiring Head of Creative to join their London Head Office.
You will oversee the in-house design studio; Your primary focus will be on efficiently planning, resourcing, and delivering all visual assets across digital, packaging, retail, and marketing channels. This role requires a blend of art direction, team management, workflow coordination, and creative leadership.
Responsibilities:
* Own the end-to-end creative project pipeline
* Manage internal traffic flow
* Lead weekly creative production meetings
* Produce and art direct photoshoots
* Review and approve final designs
Requirements:
* Experience in a Head of Creative role
* Beauty experience is essential
* Strong leadership skills
* Happy to be hands-on with design when needed
