A nurturing primary school in Gateshead is looking for a Psychology graduate to work within Reception, supporting pupils with additional needs.
Full-time hours, 8.30am to 3.30pm.
What your day will involve
* Providing 1:1 support for children with SEND
* Supporting emotional regulation and early communication
* Assisting with phonics and early number work
* Working alongside the class teacher and SENCO
* Contributing to personalised learning plans
You’ll gain direct experience in early intervention, behaviour support, and inclusive practice.
We’re looking for someone who
* Holds a Psychology degree
* Is calm, patient, and observant
* Is considering Educational Psychology or teaching
* Wants meaningful, structured school experience
