Overview
Barchesters marketing team is seeking a proactive and creative PR Executive for its Brand Team. In partnership with the PR Manager, you will strengthen our reputation in local communities, support care homes to drive commercial success, and contribute to the organization’s brand visibility across all channels. The role is based in London with hybrid working – one office day a week at Finsbury Square, London.
Job responsibilities
* Develop and deliver PR content that highlights the quality of our care services
* Create self‑serve PR tools and guidance to help homes generate positive local coverage
* Manage media queries and coordinate filming opportunities
* Celebrate and amplify great press coverage across the business
* Maintain and optimise intranet content to support an intuitive user experience
* Promote care ratings, awards, business successes, brand initiatives, and our Charitable Foundation
* Leverage content that showcases what we want to be known for – including our care services, Care & Life Enrichment framework, dining experience, and life enrichment
* Support PR activity for homes under construction or refurbishment
* Work with internal stakeholders to share content across multiple channels
* Collate and distribute daily press cuttings to key stakeholders
* Track and report on weekly and monthly coverage
* Maintain monthly trackers to keep Operations informed
* Analyse trends to identify successes and areas needing additional focus
