Description About the Role We’re looking for a friendly and motivated Catering Assistant to join our vibrant Catering Team at our Scarborough Village of Friends. In this hands-on role, you’ll help prepare, serve, and deliver delicious meals while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents. Every day you’ll make a positive impact through care, teamwork, and great service. What you’ll do: Assist with food preparation, meal service, and kitchen cleaning Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors Follow food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards Work collaboratively with the Catering Team and other departments Skills And Experiences What you’ll bring: A genuine interest in food, hospitality, and caring for others Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Good communication and multitasking skills Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (Desirable) Food handling or barista experience, and aged care catering experience Why BallyCara?
