Working 35 hours per week 8.30am-4.30pm OR 9am-5pm Monday to Friday

Hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 at home) after probation
Duties and responsibilities: Processing purchase ledger invoices with accuracy and attention to detail
Completing daily and weekly bank reconciliations
Managing credit card receipts and employee expense claims
Carrying out credit control duties to support healthy cashflow
Providing support to the sales ledger function when required
Resolving queries via phone and email, working closely with branches, suppliers and internal departments
Handling general finance administration including filing, document management and ad-hoc support for the wider finance team
Skills and experience required: Degree educated in accountancy & finance, or currently studying AAT (desirable)
Experience in a finance-related role is advantageous but not essential
Confident using accountancy software with a solid working knowledge of Excel
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
Highly organised, self-motivated and able to build effective working relationships
Genuine enthusiasm for developing a long-term career in finance
