We are working with a well-established regional law firm seeking a Wills, Trusts & Probate Solicitor to join their busy Bereavement Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 3+ years PQE to work in a supportive and structured environment, with clear opportunities for progression and professional development.

The Role
Take client instructions and prepare Wills, LPAs and general Powers of Attorney, from straightforward to complex cases
Manage probate and estate administration files, including estates requiring IHT400s, tax relief claims, and intestate estates
Administer and advise on trusts, including Life Interest and Discretionary Trusts, with guidance on tax implications and estate administration
Gain exposure to issues affecting older clients, including awareness of the Court of Protection and Deputyship work, with support from Lifetime Planning specialists
Build relationships with clients and contribute to business development and networking activities
Act as an ambassador for the firm both internally and externally
What They're Looking For
A solicitor (or CILEX/FILEX qualified) with 3+ years PQE and experience in Wills, Trusts, Probate and Private Client work
STEP qualification or working toward it is desirable but not essential
Someone dedicated to excellent client service and able to provide clear, professional advice
A proactive, team-oriented individual with strong judgement, maturity, and a 'can-do' attitude
Confident, positive, and professional, both internally and externally
