We are seeking a highly experienced and polished Marketing Manager to join the Marketing Team of this well respected legal firm. This is a pivotal role for a strategic, detail‑oriented professional with a background in professional services or the luxury sector, and a proven ability to uphold high standards across all marketing touchpoints.
You will oversee marketing operations, manage external agencies and suppliers, and ensure the delivery of high‑quality, brand‑aligned materials and campaigns. The role requires close collaboration with Partners and senior stakeholders, demanding confidence, discretion, and exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Agency & Supplier Management: Oversee relationships with external providers across:
* Website development and maintenance
* SEO and digital marketing
* PR and media relations
* Events and hospitality
* Branded products, brochures, and promotional materials
* Campaign Execution: Support the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns aligned with the firm’s brand and values.
* Content & Collateral: Ensure all marketing materials meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
* Event Management: Lead the planning and delivery of client events, seminars, and sponsorships.
* Digital Oversight: Collaborate on digital strategy, including website performance, analytics, and online visibility.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with Partners and senior staff, providing strategic marketing advice and support.
* Team Leadership: Mentor and support the Marketing Assistant, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing team culture.
The Individual
* Minimum 8 years’ experience in marketing within professional services or the luxury sector.
* Demonstrated experience working with high‑net‑worth clients.
* Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Strong project management and organisational skills.
* Confident communicator with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
* Experience managing external agencies and suppliers.
* Proactive, polished, and discreet, with a deep understanding of brand integrity.
Working Pattern
* Full‑time fixed‑term contract.
* 4 days per week in the firm’s central London office, 1 day remote.
* Reporting to: Marketing & Communications Director.
* Direct Reports: Marketing Assistant.
