Business Development Manager – Electrical Testing
Location: Castleford Office / Remote with UK-wide travel

Join Premier Technical Services Group (PTSG), the UK’s market leader in specialist services to the construction and facilities management sectors. Our Electrical Services division is expanding, and we’re looking for a talented Business Development Manager to help us grow our national client base.
What you’ll do:
* Generate new business opportunities via networking, cold calling, and targeted lead generation
* Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
* Manage and expand revenue from existing client accounts
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of quotations, tenders, and proposals
* Deliver engaging, professional presentations to prospective and current clients
* Accurately forecast sales and submit timely weekly/monthly reports
* Keep up to date with the electrical compliance and facilities management market
What we’re looking for:
* Minimum three years’ success in a similar business development or sales role
* Proven ability to close deals and consistently meet targets
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Highly organised, motivated, and able to work independently
* Experience selling services into facilities, estates, maintenance, or procurement managers (desirable)
* Strong understanding of solution-based selling
* Confident user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Full, clean UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationwide
