About the Role
A very rare opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor to join a highly respected and popular law firm in Chippenham. Due to growth and an increasing volume of work, the firm is expanding its team and seeking a solicitor with 3+ years PQE.
This role offers high-quality work with a steady flow of new instructions, no business development requirement, and no targets. You’ll be supported by an established team, including direct mentorship from a senior partner. The firm values its staff and provides opportunities for professional development in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The role involves managing a mixed family law caseload with a strong emphasis on finance work, particularly litigated finance matters that form a significant part of the firm’s instructions.
Responsibilities
* Manage a mixed family law caseload with a focus on finance matters, including litigated finance.
* Deliver excellent client care and clear communication with clients and colleagues.
* Contribute to a positive, supportive firm culture and participate in professional development opportunities.
Requirements
* Qualified Family Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE.
* Strong experience in finance-related family matters, including litigated scenarios.
* Ability to handle a diverse caseload and demonstrate excellent client care.
* Motivation to grow within a thriving, supportive firm.
