Job Description
Your role will include, but not be limited to the following:
1. Setting up and executing recruitment strategies
2. Being the first point of contact for the business area/line managers
3. Managing the full life cycle of recruitment activities such as direct sourcing, consulting, negotiations, and on-boarding
4. Working proactively with HRBPs and business managers to understand recruitment needs and to formulate recruitment plans
5. Researching innovative recruitment strategies and developing creative solutions to generate high-quality CVs
6. Providing subject matter expertise to hiring communities around the total end-to-end staffing solution and market conditions
7. Coaching line managers on recruitment policies including selection process and interviewing techniques
8. Managing branding activities to increase MSI brand awareness locally and within the EMEA region.

Basic Requirements
17. Minimum 5 years of experience in a recruitment role, preferably in-house recruitment.
18. Excellent communication skills
19. Ability to work independently and efficiently
20. Fluent English
21. Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
22. Passive candidate sourcing experience
