ADMINISTRATOR - FULL TIME (Inverness)
Our valued and longstanding Inverness Client has an opportunity for a Full Time Administrator.
Hours will be Monday to Friday 8.30 - 4.00 pm. Rate of pay will be £13.50/hr and the role will initially be on a temporary contract, with a view to a permanent role being offered.
This is a very busy role, fast paced. Working in a small Team. Are you available immediately?
Key responsibilities will include:
Preparing Production Line information on bespoke software.
Checking daily cash control sheets
Ordering Stationery
Answering phones and handling customer enquiries, follow ups via calls and emails.
Requirements:-
Knowledge of MS office packages, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
Accuracy and strong attention to detail.
