Overview
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
* Assisting with the day to day maintenance of the site and facilities
* Working closely with the maintenance engineers to undertake repairs.
* Assist with implementing procedures required to ensure that all machinery, equipment and premises are well maintained.
* Assist with reactive & planned preventative maintenance
* Maintaining a variety of Machinery
* Fault reporting.
* Assist with reactive breakdowns in a timely manner to minimise downtime
* Be part of the rota for boiler call outs.
* Any other relevant tasks as required.
PERSONAL SPECIFICATION:
* Interest in mechanical engineering and quality premises maintenance, as well as project development.
* Must be a good communicator.
* Ability to prioritise multiple projects and tasks
* Enthusiastic, cooperative, and positive behaviour.
* Basic maintenance experience preferred.
* Basic biomass boiler experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given
* Basic Maths & English desirable.
* Pay based on experience and qualifications
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
* On the job training will be provided.
* The successful candidate will receive a comprehensive induction and training.
* Role is nursery based.
