Description About the job: Joining our Engineering & Consulting business, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of interesting and exciting projects. As part of our highly experienced Asset Integrity team, you will provide value-adding, specialist engineering support to our clients. Skills & Responsibilities: You contribute to projects across all three of the Engineering and Consultancy Services markets (Oil and Gas, Offshore Wind, and Low Carbon), with responsibilities including: Providing C&I technical input to a number of concept, pre-FEED and FEED level projects across Low Carbon, Oil & Gas and Offshore Wind sectors. Preparing and reviewing project deliverables Liaising with other Disciplines as necessary Representing company in client meetings Liaising with vendors on behalf of clients. Contributing towards bids and proposals. Supporting QA/QC procedure and developing junior colleagues. In addition to the responsibilities listed herein, the employee may be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management. These tasks will be within the reasonable scope of the employee's skills, capabilities, and role within the organization. The intent of this provision is to allow for flexibility and adaptability in meeting the dynamic needs of the organization, ensuring that operational requirements can be met efficiently. All such tasks will be assigned considering the employee's current workload and with respect to their professional development. Your knowledge/skills, education, and experience: Instrument and Control or Electrical Engineering degree (honours or equivalent) or other relevant engineering discipline. Chartered status (or working towards) is considered advantageous. Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Behaviour/ Core Competencies: Controls & instrumentation experience essential, with a preference for some additional electrical experience. Experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry preferred Experience in subsea controls and instrumentation preferred Understanding of relevant industry codes and standards Experience in feasibility or concept selection studies Ability to prepare and review technical documentation including EC&I input to multidiscipline reports and project deliverables. Proven success in delivering studies and preparing clear, concise reports against time, cost, and quality objectives Broad perspective and comfortable interacting with other disciplines Self-motivated and willing to learn, enthusiastic, reliable, and mature approach to work HSSEQ: The Employee shall observe the Health, Safety, Sustainability, Environment and Quality rules of the Company; it’s clients and the governing authorities of the host country.
