* Collaborate with regional managers to ensure accurate weekly staffing levels and timely submissions.
* Analyse weekly admissions and discharges for reporting purposes.
* Prepare occupancy analyses for bimonthly board meetings.
* Complete weekly KPI and spend reports promptly.
* Work closely with regional and home managers to understand and manage budgets.
* Visit sites to assess staffing requirements and explain differences using dependency tools.
* Assist with staff budget setting for sites and monitor staffing levels post-opening.
* Support administrative aspects of commissioning and setting up new sites.
* Conduct ad hoc investigations and prepare business cases for site performance.
* Establish strong working relationships with site managers and professional bodies.
