Overview
Our store teams are the warm arm of reassurance, offering product insight, knowledge and trust. They support in-store personal shopping experiences, car seat consultations, in-store parent-to-be events, and guide customers along their parent journey, helping them choose products such as prams, cots, baby changing tables or outfits for special moments.
Role: Store Supervisor/Team Leader – Liverpool store, leading a small team of Sales Consultants and working with the store manager or management team to achieve store results and provide an exceptional customer experience. This is a part-time role covering 16 hours per week across 4 days.
Responsibilities
* Lead and coach a small team of Sales Consultants
* Work closely with the store manager to achieve store results and an outstanding customer experience
* Support daily store operations and customer interactions to create magical moments for customers
* Assist with scheduling and shift coverage within the assigned hours
Hours
4 days per week, 16 hours in total. Shifts include:
* Monday 3.15–7.15
* Thursday 9.30–1.30
* Friday 3.15–7.15
* Saturday 2.15–6.15
Requirements
* Retail supervisor or senior sales assistant background preferred
* Strong customer service orientation and ability to lead by example
* Ability to work collaboratively with team and management to deliver results
