The Role
Responsibilities
As Cellar Bar Head Bartender, you will be a key member of our five-star team, creating memorable experiences for our guests. This role is ideal for candidates looking to advance or continue their career in one of the Leading Hotels of the World. Your responsibilities will include:
Demonstrating expert knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine
Conducting daily requisitions and managing stock control
Maintaining a clean, organized, and presentable bar at all times
Collaborating with management to develop and update drink menus
Ensuring the highest standards of beverage service and presentation

Requirements
