The role:
* Lead and support a small technical team while staying hands-on
* Oversee maintenance, repairs and day-to-day workshop activity
* Plan and prioritise work to keep things moving efficiently
* Ensure high-quality standards and safe working practices
* Provide guidance and solve more complex technical issues
About you:
* Proven experience in a hands-on technical or workshop environment
* Confident working across a range of mechanical or technical tasks
* Strong people management skills with the ability to lead
* Organised, practical and able to manage changing priorities
* Positive, team-focused and quality-driven
* Awareness of health and safety in a workshop or technical environment
