We are proud to be working in partnership with a purpose-built SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) school based in Bradford, as it seeks to appoint an experienced and passionate Teacher to join its founding team.

Opening in central Bradford, this specialist school will cater to up to pupils with SEMH and associated needs, including residential provision. The school is part of a well-respected Trust committed to high standards of academic, social, emotional, and vocational development.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* QTS (or other recognised teaching qualification)
* A strong understanding of, or commitment to developing expertise in, SEMH needs
* Experience of working with vulnerable children and managing challenging behaviours
* A reflective, compassionate, and resilient approach to teaching
* A belief in the potential of every young person
