The space is small to mid-sized and needs deep cleaning, mold remediation where feasible, and sanitizing of bathrooms and kitchen. I’d prefer a thorough scrub of floors, walls, and surfaces, plus trash removal and laundry for curtains if possible. The unit will be emptied prior to arrival, and I can provide cleaning supplies, though I’m open to host if you have a preferred kit. Please note access is via a ground-floor entrance and there is a small deposit to cover any potential issues.
