Overview
Our state-of-the-art factory is home to some of the most advanced print technology in the world, including a fleet of XL106 litho presses, two of the world’s first Landa nanographic digital printers, cutting-edge Muller Martini finishing lines, and Heidelberg folders.
As a Dispatch Operator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of finished goods leaving production. From coordinating with production teams to organising outbound deliveries, you’ll help maintain the critical link between our factory and our customers. This is a fast-paced role where attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that ensures customers receive their products on time and in perfect condition, upholding our reputation for quality and reliability.
Shift Pattern
* Shifts rotate between 8 and a half hour days and night shifts.
* The pattern runs over a 3-week cycle, giving a balance of work and rest.
* Average of 41.5 hours per week over the cycle.
Shift Times
* Night: 22:00 – 06:15 (Sunday - Thursday)
* Morning: 06:00 – 14:15 (Monday - Friday)
* Afternoon: 14:00 – 22:15 (Monday - Friday)
Compensation and Employment Type
* A starting rate of £12.60 per hour
* Weekly pay
* Temporary contract for 3 months

Bluetree's combined office, production, and training facilities are in Wath Upon Dearne, which is close to Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley, and Doncaster. Our state-of-the-art 165,000 square foot facility is just a 15-minute drive from either the M1 or A1M and boasts ample free on-site parking. The facility is located on a major bus route and is a few minutes away from the train stations of Mexborough, Swinton, and Wombwell.
